St. Gianna Crisis Pregnancy Home is pleased to announce the addition of a new fundraiser “Mahjong in the Morning” to be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church (4754 Smallhouse Rd., Bowling Green, KY 42104) from 9:00am to 1:30pm. Doors open for Check-in at 8:30am. Sarah Baker Cochran of BG Birdie Bams will hold Mahjong 101 from 9:00 am to 10:00am. Open Play is available from 9:00am to 1:30pm. Mahjong 101 group can join Open Play at the completion of their lesson.
Event tickets are $75 for Mahjong 101 + Open Play (card provided) and $50 for Open Play Only (must bring 2026 National Mahjong League Card). Tickets are non-refundable, must be purchased in advance, and will not be sold at the door. With limited tickets available, for instruction, supporters are encouraged to reserve their seats now.
Purchase price also includes tasty Gourmet Bites and Beverages as well as an opportunity to win one of a number of door prizes (must be present to win) drawn for throughout the morning.
Holy Spirit Catholic Church will be sponsoring a raffle to benefit St. Gianna’s for a Mahjong Gift Basket worth $400 with all proceeds going to St. Gianna’s.
